Job Description: Role: Application Support Engineer Qualification: Graduate (BE/B. Tech) Experience: 3 to 5 years CTC Budget: Industry standard Job Location: Hyderabad Working mode - Hybrid Production support management, L2 support, change management, incident management, certificate renewal, functional ID renewal, isolation test, SRDR, patching (OS, DB and maintained activity in production, customer facing, Understand the activity, criticality, impact SME/ leads will be working on automation Technical competence: Able to follow a technical runbook to: Login to jump box, rlogin to host, execute scripts/jobs, assess output and next steps. Use admin counsels to bounce platform components without negatively impacting other platform components. Use admin counsels to divert traffic during application deployments. Navigate legacy and cloud platforms in support of application deployments, validations, and rollback activities. Make decisions in support of technical operations environments. Assess and act on system alerts that require technical intervention and escalation as needed. Demonstrate technical aptitude and maturity when things dont go as planned in an operational environment.
