Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of multi-year enterprise programs.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable program roadmaps and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and overall program performance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices in program management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
• PgMP / PMP / CSPM / Prince2 certification.
• 18+ years of progressive program/project management experience with 1–3 years in senior leadership (AVP level or above).
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs in regulated industries (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong expertise in M&A integrations or large system integration programs.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
