Program Manager / AVP-BFSI-18 Years-Mumbai/Pune Summary Join a leading organization as a Program Manager / Program Head, driving large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and governance of multi-year enterprise programs. Translate strategic vision into actionable program roadmaps and deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and overall program performance. Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely resolution of issues. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies. Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices in program management. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred. PgMP / PMP / CSPM / Prince2 certification. 18+ years of progressive program/project management experience with 1–3 years in senior leadership (AVP level or above). Proven ability to lead large, complex programs in regulated industries (insurance/financial services preferred). Strong expertise in M&A integrations or large system integration programs. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
