Job Description

The Seller Reimbursements (SR) team manages a thin line between balancing Seller Experience and arresting defects and cost leakages. Getting this balance right is crucial to driving our flywheel faster and stronger.
We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure that policies, processes and operational excellence are met across the IN-Seller Flex channel for everything related to reimbursements while maintaining a very high bar for seller experience. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. -Identify, analyse and own solutions for defects and cost leakages -Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvement -Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement -Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program s vision -Support for ongoing initiatives within the SR team and other product and business partner teams (NCRC, FC operations, Network Loss, Transportation operations, Re-commerce, Categories) 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
