Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multidisciplinary programs, plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, setting up operations, identifying risks, and communicating goals to project stakeholders. Responsibilities Understand various Google products, tools, and processes and leverage them to push machine learning based automation and increase operational efficiencies. Understand develop and collaborate with engineering and cross-product groups to find solutions to optimize and scale on machine learning and imagery curation/moderation pipelines. Deliver analysis and drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities, identify and implement solutions for Machine learning projects. Partner with the AI Data Infrastructure Engineering teams and act as the interface for Operations and delivery teams to support Customer Success.
