Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for acquired entities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Skimas strategic objectives.
  • Identify potential risks in the integration process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress of integration activities and report on key metrics.
  • Ensure all integration activities are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in program management with a focus on acquisition integration
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to develop and execute integration plans
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
