Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for acquired entities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Skimas strategic objectives.
Identify potential risks in the integration process and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress of integration activities and report on key metrics.
Ensure all integration activities are completed on time and within budget.

3 years of experience in program management with a focus on acquisition integration
Proven track record in managing complex projects
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to develop and execute integration plans
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
