Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Fashion Design or a related field from NIFT or a recognized fashion institute.
2-4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and technical proficiency.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color, texture, and aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
