Job Description

Program Manager who will transform customer experiences by consulting with clients, uncovering their core learning needs, and proposing tailored learning solutions. You will collaborate with PLAs to create impactful proposals and oversee seamless delivery. The role involves building strong client relationships, driving account growth by identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will articulate client requirements to team members based on their specific roles, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet organizational standards and exceed client expectations.
Job description:
  1. Elicit information from clients regarding expectations, budgets, and other constraints, and communicate the same to the team.
  2. Analyze the scope of work to provide accurate size and effort estimates.
  3. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to create a work plan, product delivery strategy, resource allocation and budget estimation to align projects within expected P&L ratio as per organisation standard.
  4. Proactively interface with other production groups / support teams for timely information and workflow.
  5. Review created artifacts from the perspective of mapping to client requirements.
  6. Identify and analyze complex problems and reach sustainable solutions.Manage relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Govern projects running simultaneously with multiple accounts. Forecast revenue and ensure compliance.
  8. Drive project KPIs (Schedule, Quality, Budget, Client requirements, Contractual obligations etc)
  9. Negotiate with clients on project issues within the framework of contractual and project-specific obligations.
  10. Take proactive measures to update clients on progress, risks, and deviations along with proposed solutions & contingency measures to diffuse confusion and conflict between client and execution team .
Job Specification:
  1. Experience - Min. 8 or more years of experience in project / program management within the learning industry
  2. PMI Certification is highly desired.
  3. Ability to provide oversight to large development teams
  4. Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and decision making skills
