Job Description

Many of the world's largest financial brands and their millions of customers utilize the FNZ platform, which currently manages over 1.5 trillion USD in assets. We are seeking a motivated Project Management Office Analyst to join our expanding team in Brno. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for supporting the EU Delivery Office team in delivering consistent, integrated, and industry-standard portfolio, programme, and project controls and services across all FNZ EU technology and business change delivery. The successful candidate's responsibilities will span various areas, including but not limited to: - Group Engagement: Prepare reports and updates on the EU Delivery Portfolio to the Group. - EU Portfolio Delivery Processes and Controls Adherence: - Run scorecard reporting across Client projects and provide summaries of results for performance reviews. - Escalate lack of adherence through Delivery governance. - Capture baseline plans and records of key control points for each project. - Support Jira project creation. - Portfolio Resource Management: - Develop and maintain the portfolio planning framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates. - Define and implement a robust process for prioritizing change initiatives based on strategic alignment, value contribution, risk, and dependencies. - Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of external and internal change initiatives, balancing business needs with available resources. - Support communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for portfolio decisions. - Portfolio Planning and Reporting: - Develop and maintain the portfolio planning framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates. - Define and implement a robust process for prioritizing change initiatives based on strategic alignment, value contribution, risk, and dependencies. - Own reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor portfolio health and progress against strategic goals. - Create, review, and submit EU portfolio reports and MI. - Portfolio Risk and Issue Management: - Run portfolio issue reporting and escalation, providing review and challenge with projects. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a project management or associated role. - Experience working with Jira for reporting, tracking, and portfolio management purposes, with experience using Tempo considered a plus. - Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or others. - Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data on portfolio performance, risks, and benefits. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Proven ability to build successful working relationships across multiple locations and team disciplines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,
