Job Description

Position: Intern Program Management (CHRO Office)

Reports To: CHRO

Location: Bengaluru - Work From Office

Duration: 3 Months - extendable to 6 months

Role Summary

The Program Management Intern will support the CHRO Office in driving HR projects and

initiatives across the organization. The role involves coordinating ongoing programs,

identifying new development opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of HR priorities.

This internship provides exposure to strategic HR practices and will serve as a pathway to

develop into a functional HR specialist role in areas such as Learning & Development,

Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management

  • Assist in managing and monitoring all HR programs and projects executed by

or for the HR function.

  • Track progress, deliverables, and milestones for ongoing initiatives.

  • Develop program reports, dashboards, and updates for the CHRO.

• Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with HRBPs, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure

effective follow-up and execution of HR programs.

  • Act as a single point of coordination for projects run by the CHRO Office

across group companies.

• Research & Development Programs

  • Identify and evaluate external and group-wide development programs that

can contribute to employee capability building.

  • Support the design and implementation of employee development programs.

• Strategic Support

  • Assist in preparing program documentation, presentations, and

communication for leadership reviews.

  • Provide analytical and administrative support for HR priorities led by the

CHRO Office.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (completed or final year) or equivalent

qualification.

• Strong organizational and program management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

propose practical solutions.

teams and leaders.
