Program Management Analyst - C10

As a TPM Operational Management & Oversight professional, your role involves performing data analysis using Excel formulas to monitor business process efficiency and support data analysis initiatives. You will compile reports in PowerPoint for regional boards on TPM compliance and updates, as well as manage operational activities for internal third-party relationships to ensure governance, risk, and controls are timely completed. Your expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) will help senior stakeholders and team members understand the TPM internal third-party framework in alignment with the Third Party Management policy. Communication with business stakeholders and process owners is essential to build strong partnerships, and you will be responsible for resolving TPM process-level escalations. Additionally, you will assist in enterprise-wide operating procedures change management, create requirements for improving business processes, and identify opportunities for control and productivity enhancement through process reengineering and automation projects.
