Job Description

Job Description: Strong technical background with a focus on Java or Python. (Core java, Frameworks, Hibernate, ORM, JPA. Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, Any Database Experience, Knowledge on cloud platform like AWS, Azure or GCP and Devops tools) Must have experience in estimation. Experience in estimation, proposal writing, and presentation skills. Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and US clients effectively. Prior on-site experience in the US is preferred. Experience in migration project is a plus. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Experience of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
