Responsibilities:
1- Student support and mentoring
2- Outreach and enrollment
3- Program and batch management
4- Event planning and student engagement
5- Documentation and reporting
6- Coordination and team engagement
🎯 Eligibility:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, or related fields (e.g. B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Tech/M.Tech,etc.)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in student programs, nonprofit/NGO operations, field
implementation, or education sector initiatives
Skills:
● Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Willingness to travel to remote locations
● High adaptability, time flexibility ( Flexible working – Going Beyond Time Hours/Dates), and
ownership mindset
● Fluency in Punjabi (mandatory) and English
● Multitask in dynamic environments
