Programme Assistant (Batch Co-ordinator) in the PGEMP department will be responsible for coordination and management of all administrative processes involving multiple stakeholders.


He/she will have below responsibilities:

  • Working as SPOC for the participants of the allocated batches.
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of all on-campus & off-campus activities pertaining to the allocated batches.
  • Co-ordinating with the Faculty, Teaching Associates/Resource Persons for academic requirements.
  • Co-ordinating with PGEMP team members/other programmes/areas for administrative requirements.
  • Ensuring that all academic requirements are fulfilled as per the Accreditation norms.
  • Preparing various reports pertaining to the allocated batches.
  • Any other relevant task that the program might deem fit.
