Job Description

As a Programme Assistant (Batch Co-ordinator) in the PGEMP department, your role will involve coordinating and managing all administrative processes with multiple stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the participants of the allocated batches. - Ensuring the smooth functioning of all on-campus & off-campus activities related to the allocated batches. - Coordinating with Faculty, Teaching Associates/Resource Persons for academic needs. - Collaborating with PGEMP team members, other programmes, and areas for administrative requirements. - Ensuring compliance with Accreditation norms for all academic requirements. - Generating various reports related to the allocated batches. - Undertaking any other relevant tasks as assigned by the program. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation from a reputed university. Post Graduation is preferred. Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an academic setting.
