Program and Communication Executive

As a Programme and Communications Executive at FRHS India, you will be responsible for driving program implementation and enhancing the organization's communications strategy. Your role will involve operational support, advocacy, communication, and external engagement to advance organizational goals. You will play a key role in strengthening program delivery, ensuring impactful stakeholder engagement, and fostering visibility through innovative communication initiatives. This position offers a learning opportunity within the organization, with exposure to working closely with the Senior Management Team and the Executive Team. In your role, you will support in coordinating with external stakeholders at the state and district levels, organizing and facilitating meetings, consultations, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating workshops, sensitization sessions, and training programs for various groups to strengthen knowledge and advocacy efforts. Your responsibilities will also include supporting day-to-day program operations across intervention states and contributing to the development and implementation of efficient monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and reporting systems. On the communication front, you will be involved in developing reels, short videos, and static posts for social media platforms, designing and producing promotional materials, preparing presentations, case studies, and client stories. You will also conduct field visits to collect and curate case studies, photos, and success stories for various platforms, and support timely updates to the organization's websites. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Health, Management, or related fields. You should have at least 2-4 years of experience in program implementation, communication, and/or advocacy, along with prior experience in developing content and managing social media. Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing for social media platforms will be advantageous. Experience in the development sector, public health, and/or reproductive health is desirable. Your skills should include excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, advanced proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, strong organizational and project management skills, creativity, innovation, attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, quick learning ability, adaptability to new challenges, and a proactive and self-motivated approach towards achieving impactful results.,
