The Program Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective learners through UniAthena’s academic programs by understanding their goals, explaining program structures, and supporting them through the enrollment process. The role focuses on informed advising, timely follow-ups, and ensuring a positive learner experience from first interaction to enrollment.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective learners across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand learner profiles, career objectives, and eligibility to recommend suitable academic programs.
Clearly explain program details including curriculum structure, duration, assessment methods, and enrollment processes.
Follow up consistently with prospects to address queries and support decision-making until enrollment or closure.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and outcomes in CRM or internal tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (academics, operations, finance) to resolve learner concerns related to enrollment.
Ensure all learner communication is accurate, transparent, and aligned with institutional guidelines.
Meet assigned enrollment or conversion targets while maintaining quality interactions and learner satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in education, EdTech, or academic advisory roles is preferred.
1–4 years of experience in admissions counseling, program advising, or education sales.
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to explain academic information clearly.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups in a structured manner.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
