As a Program Advisor at FinnovationZ in Malkapur, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in assisting potential learners and aspiring investors in exploring our financial education programs. Your responsibilities will include understanding their requirements, recommending suitable courses and mentorship opportunities, and aiding them in making well-informed decisions. By actively engaging with individuals through various channels like cold calling, emails, and social media, you will generate interest, schedule consultations, and drive enrollments. You will conduct personalized counselling sessions to align learners with the appropriate programs, follow up persistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of FinnovationZ's offerings in both English and Hindi. Achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets ethically and maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM tools will be essential aspects of your role. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings based on learner feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in academic counselling, sales, or inside sales, preferably in the ed-tech sector. Strong communication, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills are vital, along with the ability to build trust and guide learners effectively.
