Program Advisor

As an Academic Sales Advisor at Eaton Business School (EBS), you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective learners through their educational journey. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in academic sales, student counseling, or B2C consultative sales (experience in online education is preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is essential to maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, and manage a pipeline to meet or exceed enrollment targets. Your ability to collaborate with marketing and academic teams will ensure up-to-date program insights and a seamless student experience.
