Educational Qualification: PhD is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Mentoring:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for UG/PG students (PharmD, M.Pharm, PhD).
• Design and update high-quality course materials.
• Supervise research projects and thesis work (Masters, PhD).
• Advise students on academic, career, and personal development.

• Research & Scholarship:

• Lead or participate in original research in areas like drug design, formulation, pharmacokinetics, etc..
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Seek and manage research funding (grants).

• Curriculum & Program Development:

• Design and revise course content and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to program accreditation and quality assurance.

• Service & Leadership:

• Serve on departmental, college, and university committees.
• Engage in professional development and networking.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior faculty and staff.
• Act as a liaison with industry, professional organizations, and the community.
