Professor

As a Professor for UG B.E Programs, you are required to have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field with First class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant branch. Additionally, you should have at least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Cosupervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion. Alternatively, you can also qualify with at least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion. For the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) position, you must hold a BE / B.Tech and ME / M.Tech in a relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech with a Ph.D. Alternatively, you can qualify with a BE / B.Tech and MCA with First Class or equivalent in either BE / B.Tech or MCA with a Ph.D. A MCA With PhD Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable. In the case of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) role, you are required to have a First Class or equivalent in a Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students are highly desirable. For UG B.E Programs, a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry is required, out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. For the MCA position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching / research / industrial experience, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry is acceptable. For the MBA role, a minimum of 10 years of teaching / research / industrial experience is required, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. The location for this position is Mysuru, and it is a permanent employment type.
