Professional Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist in Loan Sales (personal/business/mortgage), your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers, promote loan products, and achieve sales targets. This role entails various tasks such as lead generation, customer assessment, loan application processing, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will be expected to identify and acquire potential customers for loans through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels. Developing and nurturing relationships with individuals, financial intermediaries, and corporate clients for loan sourcing will also be a key aspect of your role. Meeting assigned sales targets and contributing to revenue growth will be crucial for success in this position. Generating leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and partnerships will be part of your responsibilities. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable personal loan options will also be essential to effectively engage with customers. Assisting customers in completing loan applications and guiding them through the submission of required documents will be a significant part of your daily tasks. Verifying KYC details, income proof, salary slips, and assessing credit score eligibility will also be necessary. Furthermore, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal for loan approvals will be vital for the successful completion of loan processing. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Loan Sales is required for this position.
