Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate complex projects while maintaining JLL's standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end project management for corporate real estate initiatives including relocations, expansions, consolidations, and workplace transformations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Client Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project requirements
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and senior management
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Collaborate with JLL service lines including Leasing, Property Management, and Capital Markets
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 7- 8 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate or construction
  • PMP certification preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with financial modeling and budget management
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and workplace design
