Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Products and HR Associate located in Bhubaneswar. The Products and HR Associate will handle HR management and operations, training and development, and day-to-day communication within the company. The role includes overseeing product management processes, coordinating with training program leaders, and ensuring smooth HR functions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
Training & Development skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in managing E-learning products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
