Role Overview: As a Product/Project Manager, you will oversee product planning, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure that consistently delivers innovative and scalable solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Product Management: Own the product roadmap aligning it with business priorities, customer needs, and market trends. - Agile Delivery Management: Manage sprint/PI planning, solution backlog creation, and delivery milestones following SAFe Agile methodologies. - Team Leadership: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Backlog Management: Maintain sprint and solution backlogs, ensuring prioritization based on business and technical requirements. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within budget. - Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product releases and team performance. - Customer-Centric Solutions: Incorporate client feedback into product iterations and continuously refine solutions. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in product management or project management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT environments. - Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, backlog management, and sprint/PI planning. - Proven experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent skills in delivery management, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good to Have: - Certifications in SAFe Agile, CSPO, or PMP. - Hands-on experience with solution backlog creation and prioritization in SaaS platforms. - Background in managing AI-driven products or e-commerce solutions.
