Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement 

  efficient processes and SOPs

   across teams.
• Set up and manage 

  task/project management tools

   (Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Build automations using tools such as 

  Zapier, Make, or custom integrations

  .
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose productivity solutions.
• Train team members on adopted tools, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership to align workflows with company vision.
  

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of 

  productivity & workflow tools

   (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Experience with 

  automation tools

   (Zapier/Make or similar).
• Analytical mindset to simplify and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to 

  learn new tools independently

   if not already mastered.
