Productivity & Automation Specialist
About the Role: We are looking for a Productivity & Automation Specialist who can streamline operations, build efficient systems, and reduce manual work. The role involves creating processes, SOPs, and workflows while leveraging tools like Asana, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, and other automation platforms. Set up and manage task/project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.). Build automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or custom integrations . Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose productivity solutions. Train team members on adopted tools, ensuring smooth adoption. Collaborate with leadership to align workflows with company vision. Requirements: Strong knowledge of productivity & workflow tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.). Experience with automation tools (Zapier/Make or similar). Analytical mindset to simplify and optimize processes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn new tools independently if not already mastered.
