Job Title: Production SupportCandidate Specification: Minimum 8 Years experience in Production SupportStrong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and async programmingDeep knowledge of Azure services: App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, AKS, Blob StorageExperience with incident management, RCA, and production debugging (e.g., memory leaks, performance issues)Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, ELK, SplunkProficient in analyzing logs, cloud telemetry, service traces, and writing hotfixes/workaroundCI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
