Production Support Engineer

Will be responsible to develop and implement services that improve Software development Life Cycle.
Build automations which will help optimize software delivery.Will be responsible for availability, latency, performance efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response and incident management.Will be responsible for setting up pre-emptive monitoring of logs and creating dashboards for metrics visualisationsShould be able to analyse logs and provide resolutions in co-ordination with Infra and Development teams.Should have Good communication and presentation skills.Must HaveHands-on experience on monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix etcWell versed with log aggregation tools like Elastisearch, Logstash, Kibana, Splunk etcProduction Support experience with ability to handle mission critical business servicesAnsible or similar tool Should have worked on infrastructure automation Java/Web based application Support experience.Other Skills (Nice to have)SSO technologiesPythonCI/CD Should be able to write CI/CD pipelines with experience on tools such as - GitLab or similarLinux AdministrationKafka, MQ Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShiftNGINX or APIGEEAppreciation of Enterprise Functional Architecture in Capital MarketsExperience on Open Source technologies
