Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, your role involves supervising and leading a team of production workers to ensure that production targets and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities include: - Training, scheduling, and performance management of production workers. - Providing guidance and support to meet production targets and quality standards. - Planning and coordinating production schedules to optimize workflow. - Ensuring machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. - Enforcing safety protocols and procedures for a safe working environment. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes for enhanced productivity. - Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. - Maintaining accurate production records and preparing regular reports on production performance. - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain for timely availability of materials. - Managing stock control to ensure efficient use of production materials. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business management, or related field preferred. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.,
