EXEPRIENCE:- 4 TO 7 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

• Supervise and lead production teams, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure production processes comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing procedures, process flows, and resource utilization.

• Manage production budgets, material usage, and labor costs.

• Prepare production reports and present performance updates to senior management.

• Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions
