Position Overview

Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations, manage manpower, ensure quality compliance, and achieve production targets. This role requires basic supervisory experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Allocate work to operators and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance logs.
• Assist in training workers on operational processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the quality team to resolve production issues.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in production supervision or related role.
• Knowledge of production processes and basic quality standards.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,842.79 - ₹20,000.04 per month
