Job Description

Oversee day-to-day production operations Develop and implement production schedules and plans Ensure quality standards are consistently met Innovate and improve production processes Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Report to upper management Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in MS Office and ERP software Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/07/2025
