Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Production Planning: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources. - Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. - Team Management: Supervise and train production staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and sales associates. - Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. - Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized production environment. Specific Duties: - Product Development: Develop new products and recipes, and improve existing ones. - Production Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Staff Training: Train staff on quality and hygiene practices, and ensure they understand production procedures. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control.
