Job Description

Welcoming & great customers, should know the requirement of customers and accordingly give information about the product, following FIFO system, unloading stock from vehicle, cross checking of received items, taking swiggy, zamato orders, checking expiry dates of products available in outlet 1. Bakery Operations: Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, sales, and customer service. 2. Team Management: Assist in managing bakery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 3. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products, maintain hygiene standards, and adhere to food safety regulations. 4. Inventory Management: Manage bakery inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. 5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
