Location : Khatraj / Gandhinagar/ Kalol - (Onsite)

Education-Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma /ITI / Equivalent to Graduation

Relevant experience required : 2 to 10 years

Salary Range- Upto 5 LPA

* Assuming full responsibility for the shift, including managing staff, meeting production and quality targets, and ensuring smooth production processes.

* Taking full ownership of the quality of products produced during the shift, adhering to company quality systems, processes, and procedures.

* Managing, developing, and motivating direct reports.

* Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on production-related process performance and addressing general issues.

* Ensuring clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, with all staff members.

* Enforcing Health and Safety rules and regulations during the shift, addressing all related matters in accordance with company policy and resources.

* Utilizing problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to enable team members to identify root causes and implement swift, effective solutions.

* Collaborating closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure effective production handovers through clear communication.

* Ensuring that training requirements are met for current and future shift needs.

* Actively participating in the company's continuous improvement plan to support future growth.

* Maintaining high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

* Ensuring company resources are used effectively to optimize operating costs.

* Making informed decisions while adhering to the company's organizational structure.

* Maintaining a high level of punctuality and timekeeping.
