As part of our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and committed Production Supervisor / Production Incharge to lead daily production and workforce operations at our beneficiation plants.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Supervise all plant sections — crushing, screening, grinding, flotation, filtration, drying, sieving, and packing
• Monitor daily production and output recovery
• Coordinate with maintenance, lab, quality, and despatch teams

Manpower & Shift Handling

• Plan manpower allocation across shifts
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and safety compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks and shift briefings
• Ensure proper handover between shifts

Safety, Housekeeping & Security

• Enforce PPE usage and safety norms
• Keep plant clean, obstruction-free, and secure
• Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or pilferage

Equipment & Maintenance

• Check daily health of equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, mills, compressors)
• Report breakdowns and support maintenance team
• Record downtime and idle time

Stock & Materials

• Supervise loading/unloading of raw and finished goods
• Raise requisitions and prevent wastage, damage, or mix-up

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain registers: production, engagement, breakdown, idle time
• Submit daily and shift-wise reports
• Keep records ready for audits and inspections

Welfare & Emergency Support

• Ensure clean water, first aid, hygiene
• Help injured or sick workers get immediate medical help

Education (any of the following):

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Science, Industrial Chemistry, Mineral Processing)
• ITI (Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Process Plant Maintenance)
• Diploma (Mechanical, Industrial Production, Mineral Processing, Chemical, Industrial Safety)
• B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mineral Processing, Chemical, Metallurgy)

Other Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, but only if they belong to the above education streams
• Must understand beneficiation / washery / process plant operations
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Must be non-alcoholic and maintain workplace discipline
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Willing to stay near the plant site

Salary Range

• Freshers: ₹12,000/-
• 1–2 years experience: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/-
• 2–5 years experience: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/-
• 5–10 years experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/-
• 10–12 years experience: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/-
• 12–15 years experience: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/-
• 15 years and above: ₹35,000/- and above

Note: Salary will depend on experience, skills, and performance during selection.
