The Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient production of cosmetic and dermatological products. You will lead a team of production operators, manage production schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

·        Coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and customer demands.

·        Promote and enforce a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP) within the production area.

·        Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

·        Develop and maintain production schedules, adjusting as necessary to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

·        Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.

·        Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping.

Required qualification and skills:

·        Proven experience as a Production Supervisor

·        Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office
