As a Production Supervisor in the paper industry based in Jaipur, your role will encompass supervising daily production, managing the shop floor team, ensuring quality and safety standards, reducing machine downtime, and achieving production targets. Your knowledge of paper machinery, production processes, and team management will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily production operations in the paper industry - Manage the shop floor team effectively - Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards - Reduce machine downtime to optimize productivity - Achieve production targets set by the company Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in paper manufacturing - Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a relevant field As a Production Supervisor, your key skills should include: - Experience in the paper industry (kraft, duplex, tissue, etc.) - Proficiency in shift handling and manpower management - Ability in production planning and troubleshooting - Strong communication and leadership skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
