Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage and guide production staff on shift operations, work allocation, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and daily reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field).
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setup.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, quality checks, and machinery handling.
• Fluent in

  Kannada

  (mandatory) and proficient in

  English.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
