Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations to ensure production schedules are met.
Monitor workforce allocation, machine performance, and material usage to optimize productivity.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality norms, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation as per company policy.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend efficiency-enhancing measures.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to shop-floor staff to enhance skills and productivity.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations.

Qualifications & Skills :-

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Food Technology or related field.
2–3 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in agro-processing, food, or allied industries).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.
Knowledge of plant machinery operations and preventive maintenance.
Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and safety practices.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure production environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,065.11 - ₹45,270.48 per month
