Production Supervisor

As an Officer Production (PCB) at our company located in Ahilyanagar, Ahmednagar Maharashtra, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our manufacturing and assembly operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring assembly line production activities. - Conducting Why-Why Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issue resolution. - Driving process improvement and Kaizen initiatives. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch. - Training and mentoring operators on production processes and safety practices. - Handling and supervising 20+ manpower on the assembly line. - Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in EMS / PCB manufacturing. - Technical qualification (Diploma / Degree). - Hands-on experience in assembly production handling. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
