Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations at the plant.
Monitor electrical and mechanical assembly processes of machines such as sweepers, scrubbers, and water jetting vehicles.
Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Work closely with R&D and Design teams to implement engineering changes and improvements.
Inspect wiring, harnessing, control panels, motors, and battery systems for quality assurance.
Oversee mechanical fitting, alignment, and body assembly where required.
Maintain daily production reports, output tracking, and manpower deployment.
Coordinate with store and purchase teams for timely availability of raw materials and components.
Train and guide technicians, ensuring proper work discipline and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with maintenance and engineering teams.
Support trials, testing, and pre-dispatch inspections of machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
