Production Supervisor & CNC Operator

You will be joining a leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality doors and windows based in Calicut, India. Your role as a Supervisor & CNC Operator will involve a blend of retail, operational, and CNC machine operation skills to effectively lead the sales floor and support production operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with walk-in customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and convert inquiries into successful sales. - Expand the customer base through marketing efforts, referrals, and exceptional service. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by following up on inquiries and managing the post-sale experience. - Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent stock-related delays. - Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction. - Enhance internal workflows for improved efficiency. - Operate and assist with CNC machinery as needed for custom production; provide basic programming and maintenance support to the manufacturing team. **Preferred Qualifications & Skills:** - Experience in retail sales, preferably in the doors and windows industry. - Working knowledge or hands-on experience with CNC machines. - Basic computer proficiency. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. - Excellent coordination and multitasking skills. - Basic understanding of inventory systems. - Leadership qualities to manage and support cross-functional teams.
