Job Title: Production Supervisor

Reports to: Production Manager

Location: Vapi

6 Days Working (Saturday Weekly off)

Shift – Rotational

Qualification – BSC chemistry or mechanical diploma

Salary – 18k to 22k (Nego)

Experience – 1-4 Years

Job Summary:

Supervise and coordinate production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

   - Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands.

   - Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance).

2. Team Management:

   - Supervise and train production staff.

   - Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.

3. Quality Control:

   - Ensure products meet quality standards.

   - Implement quality improvement initiatives.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   - Maintain a safe working environment.

   - Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

   - Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.

   - Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

6. Continuous Improvement:

   - Identify and implement process improvements.

   - Reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.
