Production Supervisor (Bakery Industry)

As a Production Supervisor in a bakery industry & manufacturing facility, your role involves leading production employees to achieve performance targets. You will be responsible for training and monitoring employees" performance by providing coaching and training as needed. Ensuring quality is maintained and improved by establishing and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety standards is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and improve quality by enforcing GMP and Safety standards - Train and monitor employees" performance - Participate in safety meetings and review safety performance - Coordinate with maintenance for preventative maintenance of production equipment - Interact with outside staffing agencies to ensure proper staffing - Participate in daily meetings to update management on production needs and issues - Review daily production reports for accuracy - Start-up conveyors and set up make-up line printer at the beginning of the shift - Review and monitor cooking and mixing procedures - Prepare reports as assigned Food Safety Responsibilities: - Report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues observed - Monitor and enforce cGMPs - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs Qualifications: - 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a bakery industry & manufacturing facility In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the work location is at Gram Brahman Pipliya, District- Indore- 453771 (M.P) and the job type is Full-time, Permanent.
