Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor for an Export house specializing in Handmade Paper & Leather, your role will involve overseeing production processes, planning production schedules, and making decisions regarding equipment use and maintenance. You will be responsible for implementing improvements to the production process, estimating costs, and preparing budgets. Your key responsibilities will also include ensuring that products meet quality standards, supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel, and preparing production reports. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of performance evaluation, and an understanding of safety regulations.
