As a Production Supervisor, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address production challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and management.
• Ability to work on-site during day shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
