Senior Manager – Organic Production & Procurement


🔑 Responsibilities

  • Source organic commodities & manage certified farmer clusters.
  • Drive certification, audits & export documentation.
  • Build strong vendor/farmer relationships & prevent unethical practices.
  • Develop annual farming plans, budgets & promote sustainable practices.
  • Track agri-commodity market trends & align procurement strategy.


👤 Requirements

  • 10+ yrs in organic sourcing/procurement.
  • PG in Agri Business (IRMA, MANAGE, SIIB, XIMB, NIAM preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of organic standards, certification & sustainability.
  • Proven supplier management & farmer engagement experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication & leadership skills.
