Our state-of-the-art R&D includes modern chemistry laboratories and analytical labs equipped with advanced instruments like HPLC, GC-HS, and GC-MS. PragMetis Pharmactives LLP, our manufacturing unit in Kerala GIDC, Ahmedabad, features advanced manufacturing equipments such as a short-path distillation unit, thin film evaporator, lyophilizer, and commercial scale rotavaps. We combine R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial expertise to deliver comprehensive TIDES, sourcing, and CRAMS solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions complying to GMP norms
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Should emphasize on cost reduction and improving the reliability of all unit operations and processes
• Stay up to date with the latest production management practices and concepts
• Knowledge and technical understanding of plant utilities, mechanical/ electrical process and manufacturing techniques
• Commit to plant safety procedure
• Knowledge of important factors including safety, quality and productivity
• Ensure that environmental, health and safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to
• Ensure that all functions in the manufacturing activity operate in accordance with health and safety environmental policies

Experience in chemical, API / CRAMS pharmaceuticals industries is a MUST

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineer having 1-4 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness scientific data to derive informed decisions
